Mew can be obtained through gameshark or by attending a nitenido event.

OF COURSE!!! after you beat the elite four, the cerulean cave opens. after beating them twice, you can catch mewtwo...mew is obtained through gameshark, nintendo events, etc. yeah, i agree with the first answering person, how old ARE you?!

I dont know, but I'd just get a gameshark and cheat.
