My mouse won't let me double click. So to open a folder you have to double click but somehow all my 3 mouses I have wont do it. I have to right click it which gets annoying.

You may need to check the settings on the mouse. Go to control panel > mouse> buttons and look at the slider bar under "Double Click Speed". If it's all the way to the right, you may not be clicking fast enough. Try sliding it to the left a bit (mine's about 1/3 of the way from fast to slow).

Chris' answer is correct. The entire path is:

Start > Settings > Control Panel > Mouse

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
