Try using an oil like baby oil or cooking oil to break down the sticky sap by rubbing your hands together then under hot water.

Oil removes excess sticky wax when waxing areas of the skin such as eyebrows. Sap is similar in stickiness to wax used on skin so I would expect oil to remove sap in a similar way.

Don't forget to wash with regular hand soap afterwards.

Believe it or not I just did this last night. Use a magic eraser! Those cleaning pads they advertise that clean everything. They really get the sap off, hardly any scrubbing. I was so amazed!
