The hondas are real fun ones you'll love this. To get your code if you dont have it you will have to pull the stereo out of the dash and get the serial number off of it. Then go to your nearest honda dealer and give them that number. They will call the company with the serial number and get the code for you. WRITE IT DOWN because you dont want to keep pulling that stereo out its not fun to do. Hope that helps Good luck!!!

There should be a slip of paper with the owner's manual that has the code on it. You press the station selector buttons in the sequence indicated to unlock it. If you get it wrong more than 3-5 times, most systems will lock out for 24 hours.
If you don't have the code, you'll have to take the car to a dealer with proof of ownership.
If it's an after market sound system, you'll have to take it to an authorized dealer for that brand; again with proof of ownership.

If you don't have the code from the manual, then you probably have to get from the dealer.
Or, you could try to punch it the codes yourself(takes too long).
The code on my 94 civic is 5 digits, and the stereo has 6 numeric buttons.
So, the posible codes range from 11111 to 66666. If you get it wrong 3 times, it locks the input but, take out the battery cable and put it back will reset it. Then you can enter the code again.

If you don't have the manual ( usually it will have a page with a slip that gives you the code), you can go to the Honda dealer and get a code. You need to prove you own the car and that you didn't steal the radio.

I had the same problem myself. Dealership wanted to charge 75 dollars to get the code. I paid 115 and bought a brand new one :). If you don't have the code, I'd recommend buying a new one.
