oh hellz yeah. not as bad as i used to be, but every now and then i have issues, and nothing helps "issues" better than chocolate!! then i get over it and i'm good to go for another few months. it would probably be better if i could just have a good cry, but i'm just not good at crying.

Yes, I eat to comfort myself.

When I feel lonely and/or sad, here come the comfort foods - chocolate, ice cream, cake, cookies, potato chips, doritos (you see it's sweet or salty treats).

I don't think I can stop comfort eating. I accept that's what I will do, so I try to make sure that I don't have a lot of those comfort foods at home - only single serving portions.

Comfort eating is common, i am guilty, ,my man works away from home and i find myself gorging on chocolate or cakes , thankfully, the weight isn't piling on but in a matter of months it will and i need to get a grip. Go exercise, it is common knowledge that exercise releases endorphines to make you feel good , so do it!
