I just downloaded IE7. I like the tabs, etc... but now all the text on all the web pages looks somewhat distorted. I think this was a feature that was supposed to make things easier to read, but it's giving me a headache. For example, when I type an IM message, it looks clear and concise, but when I hit enter and send it, it goes kinda blurry.

Go to Start > Run

Type regedit and press OK

Click on the triangles beside the folder HKEY_Current_User, then the triangle by Software, then Microsoft, then Internet Explorer, then Main

Find the term UseHR on the right-hand window pane

Right click over the UseHR and choose modify

When the new window opens up, change the Value from 1 to 0.

Press OK.

Get out of Regedit and close all instances of Internet Explorer.

Open up Internet Explorer again and visit the website

I had to system restore, from the Control Panel of windows.

It destroyed my connections and was horrible.

There was no way to get rid of it, so I did a system restore to a prior week. Then went to remove programs from the Control Panel, and removed IE7.
It was a nightmare.

GOD bless.
