I have to do this with my coworkers! An example is to do "Movie Night" where the 1st day you give a bottle of soda, 2nd day a box of popcorn, and the 3rd day a DVD.
It's gotta be under $25 total

sports themed - pick fav sport and go nuts. GO to a cheap shop if unsure on prices
ie cricket - ball, bat, wickets
ten pin bowling - pins, ball, plastic sheet with markings
Or cooking - ingredients, bowl, recipe
- pre mix, bowl and tray
-apron, recipe and utensils
Naughty night - g-string (thong), naughty dice and lube (?) Depends on work environment and person giving gift to.
Clothes themed - scarf, gloves, beanie hat
Beach - sunscreen, towel and inflatable toy

If its a lady ... a nice nail care set ... next day polish set next day a nice pair of warm gloves !
