It will hurt just as much as it did the first time :) Which, all considering, isn't that painful!
Unless you get the piercing somewhere that's higher up, involving more cartillage :D

It's no different than the first set of holes you had put in your ears. Don't worry! I also have one in my right ears cartilage and it hurt worse but mainly it was very sensitive the first couple of weeks after, like when in bed laying down.

Mine didn't. I have peirced my ears like 3 times and it hasn't hurt any of the times.

The second time won't realy hurt, it will fell like the first time. I got my ears peirsed a few times and I still want more!!! Unless you didn't like the 1st time the 2nd won't be realy any better.

No more then the first time. just avoid the cartilage
