Well, I have a question for you on this, why would either of them fight each other. Both stand for many of the same things, truth, Justice and freedom.
Jesus is the son of God according to Christians and several other faiths.
Superman is an imaginary superhero from a planet that no longer exists in that imaginary medium.
If they were to fight, Jesus would not fight as he preaches to always turn the other cheek. Superman would not fight as he does not escalate a battle if there is no reason to do so.
Jesus, when he was on Earth was, according to the Bible, stripped of his divinity and died on the cross for the sins of man.
Superman was killed after a long battle with Doomsday in which Superman Exhauseted all of his researve stored Yellow Sunlight Powers. Superman has weaknesses to Magic and Kryptonite.
If Jesus were to come again, according ot the Bible, it will Judgement Day and all will perish and go to their respective afterlives.
On power levels alone, Jesus is 1 part of a 3 part God. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He has the kindgom of Heaven on his side. The only reason he would ever have a problem with Superman if they did somehow meet in some world would be if Superman did something that endangered lives or sinned. Now, Superman does not follow any particular faith so as to not show any prefrence towards any one religion.
Guess long answer short, Superman and Jesus would never fight. If for some reason they did, it would have to depend on power levels of the 2, but if they are both at full power, Jesus is far much more a powerful being that Superman, for Superman is but a Mortal Man of his world, where Jesus is the son of God...

Jesus and Superman would never fight each other. Jesus was a pacifist, therefore he wouldn't harm another person, which means that Superman would have no reason to go after him. Superman never fought anyone who wasn't a "bad guy", i.e. attacked or stole from others.

Jesus mainly because he can just conjure up a piece of krypotinite thats as large as the universe and launch it at supermans head
