There are so many, and there are likely better answers than mine, but I have to pick shapeshifting!
I love the idea of being able to transform myself into anything I want, whenever I want, and still keep my mind and senses. I could help allied forces find terrorists by turning into something like a missle launcher, getting myself smuggled into their hideout and then turning into a radio to call in troops. I would help the FBI catch serial killers by turning into 'bait' to fit his likely target profile, then turning myself into a cage to capture him. I would do wildlife research, learning more about how to protect species by turning into one, to observe them natrually.
But I'd also have fun. Turn myself into a ball to play fetch with my dog. A kite for kids to fly. A ferrari to be taken for a test drive. Some lingerie for my wife. Hehe, hey, superhero's gotta love life too ya know!

I would have a power to fly. You could go anywhere in the world. If you were a fish you'd be dead either way. (By people or a shark)

I want to read minds, because then I will be able to see if someone is evil and kill them, yeah, jk actually I want to flyyyyyyyyyyyyy because then I could soar around the world and poke the birds heads, hehehe

To fly so that if someone pushes me off a building then I can fly away into the sunset...also...I could scare passersby at the beach
