why do you ladies like to wear thongs? (not that its nothing wrong or n e thing) but other than not to show the line when wearing tight pants, is it more comfy than reg. underwear or booty shorts? just curious

They are only uncomfortable when you first start wearing them.
After awhile, we don't even feel them. The body gets use to it, like anything else.
We like them because they leave no panty lines and continue to wear them because we want to be used to them.
Also, and very important. They are more comfy than other panties because they don't ride up and bunch in our crack.
Although the backs are IN our crack, they're there all day, so there is no surprising uncomfortablness there. Less fabric in the crack too.
Most of the time I wear the boy short kind. They are the most comfortable and flattering of all to me. They don't ride up usually.

Well can be comfy e.g. you get used to wearing that type of underwear etc. Thongs are also 'supposed' to be sexier than larger more filled in knickers. Women often say wearing what they consider to be sexy underwear makes them feel more confident, and obviously if their partner is goin to be seeing it, lots of men report finding thongs sexy on women.It also has got a lot to do with the visible panty line thing tho!
Also women are increasingly actualy moving away from the thong and tending to go for more filled in knickers, which can still be sexy and are nothing like Bridget Jones style pants lol!
Not only women that wear thongs now tho is it, men can wear them too! Are you asking this qu cos ure about to purchase new underwear and wondering as to the pros of wearing a thong?

well i dont know why but there are all types of underware and people wear thongs to expose their butt cheeks or they want to feel more sexier or they just like the style. Well some types or thongs depending on the fabric they used may be comfortable but some they might break easily and feel like butt floss. i perfer boyshorts comfortable.

Hahaha....Cause I'm so used to them now that I can't wear anything else. It feels like I constantly have a weggie (sp?) if I'm not wearing a thong.
Weird though....I can't sleep in them, I find it extremely uncomfortable.
Oh, and thongs are sexier, lol...

I've never found them comfortable. It's a lot like going through an entire day with a tight wedgie.

I agree with Empy! Why would you go through your day with a wedgie?! I like the boy shorts, hipsters and bikini briefs. I think they're way sexier!
