are you asking what it means?
i think that this means that an emotion as powerful as love cannot be put into words. for a person to be able to express it, would mean that they do not love to the fullest extent of the heart.

In my opinion what this is saying is that true love is so great that words could never express even a fraction of this emotion. So, if you are able to put into words how much you love then it is indeed not love at all (or maybe just a little).

in short, you cant put your entire love for a person into words because words cant begin to describe it
