i want to go to chapel hill
i'm a freshman in highschool
i got straight a's 1st quarter
i'm in a couple of clubs
i'm probably going to start a couple of clubs at my school next year
i do a lot of community service
i'm not really sure what i want to be when i grow up
i really want to get into chapel hill or something even better.

Good grades and great SAT. Community service is a great idea. Keep up the good work and consider a good college. Chapel Hill isn't one of them.

You need 2+ years of a foreign language, 2+ years of high school science (freshman year doesn't count because some middle schools have 9th grade), there are probably necessities on other subjects and I just don't know them, and you need good grades.

of course the SAT I's but you may want to consider taking SAT II"s or SAT subject tests as their called. Make sure you also take demanding rigorous classes and preferably some Honors or AP classes. Trust me Im in 12th grade and in the midst of applying

sounds like youre on the right track. extracurriculars are good (and starting your own club is even better cuz it shows leadership), just make sure they dont negatively affect your grades. youll get into a good college, for sure, if you keep up the fantastic work!

As long as you keep your grades up, continue to do community service and be active in your school you should be able to go where ever your heart desires.
