is this processor any good celeron-m 420

No. Its a Celeron. Celerons run cooler then the Pentiums, but they also run alot slower. I mean, Alot slower. You'll regret having that processor. They push them hard because they are cheaper to make, but they are nothing compared to Pentium. So, no, its not a good processor. And, just because its intel,(Referring to another answer), it doesn't make it good. He didn't actually say that, but it seems that was what he meant.

it's an INTEL, it's not the best, nor is it the worst.
