squats are good to do because it also loosens up the vagina muscles making labor easier. walking 30 mins a day will also do the same.

there is an exercise called six inches that should help, you lay on your back, lift your legs six inches of the ground, then Cris cross your legs back and forward, do three reps then place your legs back on the ground repeat process till you can't do it any more. One more thing run this one by your doctor some will advise you to or not to do this exercise depending on your circumstances. Good luck and live well.

Believe it or not, walking is an excellent way to keep your legs in great shape.

Treadmill up hill and squats are good. But I would hold off on squats if your really big because you might not be able to get back up. ha ha. But always stretch.. even when your eight- nine months.
