weight loss? yes, probably; weight can impair your health
smoking cessation, same thing
birth control? I think so, though most don't
viagra? well, it is treatment for a physical ailment, so I guess so
infertility? same as viagra, I guess
mental health visits should be included, but perhaps not long-term psychaitric care
A lot of these relate to high cost treatments for non-health threatening ailments

Insurance should not pay for infertility when it is not a life threatening problem. I think weight loss at a certain weight along with smoking cessation should be covered. These can create higher medical bills later for the toll they take upon your health. Mental health visits should be based on your mental health problem.

That's crazy, to not have birth control paid for but Viagra paid for. We need to stop reproducing , we're becoming over populated. Weight Loss, no. Here I have a remedy it's sure to work - Don't eat so much and exercise, I'm so sick of these fatties complaining that they aren't losing weight, it's because your fat and you keep shoving your face with food. Stop it. Stop eating so much. No they shouldn't pay for you to quit smoking, Philip Morris should have a FREE program for people who want to quit. Infertility shouldn't be paid for either, if you can't afford fertility treatment then you shouldn't have kids because you won't be able to afford proper things they need. Mental Health shouldn't be restricted - mental health is a serious issue.

I'd be happy if they'd just pay for something they're supposed to pay for. Insurance is a scam. There should be no insurance.
How about insurance for Not Working? or insurance for "Being Lazy" or insurance for Not Having Food? or insurance for Making Stupid Decisions?

Insurance needs to help things that you need to live, but impossible to pay for otherwise.
Mybe low cost infertility treatments. But that stuff can be very expensive, and people can always adopt, or have foster kids.

Sure, absolutely. You have no problem paying 83% of your paycheck for health insurance do you?

not that it is precisely what you opt for to take heed to, yet geez, a toddler at 30? perhaps you should guage adoption. each and each and every of the exhilaration of having a toddler or toddler, not one of the failings that being pregnant at an older age can carry about. and picture about the humanitarian element, too . . .
