maybe u should put this in the ettecit section, but, im pretty sure it would b rude to tell them that. i was thinking, if it was a lady u could ask her if u and ur friends could give her amakeover, but i dont see any non insulting way outta this one, like he probably knows and just doesnt care. or u could try flirting with him, "hey, ya know u might almost be cute if u groomed ur hair a little better" but now ur probably puking.

You don't, that's plain rude. If he's alone or not many people are in the room, then you can carefully mention it. But phrase it as kindly as possible. Nah, you know what? Forget about it, just don't tell him. Everyone has flaws and you have to accept it. I'm sorry but welcome to reality. Smell the coffee beans.
