Have you heard the popular saying, "Jesus is the reason for the season" ? Well it's actually a true saying because Christmas is a celebration of the birth of Jesus who is the Messiah. Jesus is God's gift to mankind. He came to save us from our sins so that we could go to be with Him in Heaven for all eternity. He is the greatest gift of all. That is why we give each other gifts and really celebrate this wonderful event! Have a wonderful Christmas this year and remember what it's all about.

I think Christmas is about the spirit. The joy and happiness you feel when you're together with family. It's not just about the material things; it's the love and wonder of God. The remembrance of the birth of Jesus. The holiday music, and the smiles seen on the faces of happy little children digging through stockings and ripping up wrapping paper.

Christmas is about giving happiness.
I'll tell you what Christmas isn't about - getting a Playstation 3 for Christmas this year.
It's not about getting what you want, it's giving what you already have.

It is about remembrence. Granted, Christ wasn't born on Dec. 25th, but it is our day to remember him. It is a time when we set everything aside and are a little kinder towards our fellow man. We smile more, enjoy each other's company when otherwise we wouldn't and just want to show compassion towards mankind. Too bad we can't do that year round.
