what is the difference between the french colony the dutch colony?

Both French and Dutch treated the countries that were colonized very bad. They took advantage of them, left them without anything, no education, streets( no infrasturucture)
The same thing is true for Portuguese.
The countries that were colonized by Dutch: Indonesia (South East Asia),Suriname and Guyana ( South America)
Those by French: All African (for instance Togo, Cameroon, Marroco, Egypt ,and so on) and South American countries( for example Haiti) where French is or was spoken
Those by Portuguese: Brazil ( South America), East Timor ( an island close by Australia and Indonesia, south East Asia) and Macao( by China)

The Dutch, French, Portuguese only took advantage of those aforementioned countries and didn't leave, for example, a good system of education, schools, streets, hospitals.
For instance, Indonesia was occupied by the Dutch for 350 years, East Timor and Macao by Portuguese for 500 years
In my opinion, those governments of those 3 countries(Dutch,French and Portuguese) have to be responsible for the poverty in the countries they have occupied.
IN contrary those that were colonized by English are better off, for example Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong
