My bike is honda CBR 400cc, my engine can take me more than 100km/hr, but my handle bar vibrate alots at 100km/hr, what is the problem with this bike?

Hi. A combination of things. The vibration is caused by the wheel oscillating back and forth due to harmonics. Get a fork brace to stiffen the two tubes. Here is a random site. : http://www.cruisercustomizing.com/SuperBrace.cfml

HI FIRST OFF YOU ARE GOING 100KM/HR. BESIDES THAT IT COULD BE EITHER BE A BAD TIRE LOW INFLATION A BENT RIM WARPED BRAKE ROTOR, OR THE TIRES NEED BALANCING

There is no problem. A lot of bikes do that. They're called speed wobbles. You can by a steering stabilizer and that should take care of it.
