even though you have no idea who the person is who just answered ur question, it still makes you feel better to know that there are people out there willing to take time out of their day to help you out. I just came across a girl who talked about how she cuts and is abused by her parents and after reading all of the answers she received from caring people on yahoo! answer, I felt very relieved in a way? very relieved because I know that there really truly are decent people left in this world =]] but of course, then you get the people who are just lookin for 2 points and answer with some rude remark to someone in that situation. What do you all think about the answers you youself have received here in yahoo! answers?? do they help you? get that occasional jerk who makes fun of your problems? =]] thanks loves!

Well, Yahoo Answers kept me thinking a lot lately. Sometimes when I want to aswer, I just couldnt because there were already a lot of good answers.

But the bad remarks are just to show who they are. The world does want to help each other, it just needs to lower its ego and be themselves.

We dont know whose black, or Jew, or Christian or muslim. We dont have an idea on how to be prejudice here. All we know is that we can help EACh other.

If only the world was that simple.

Sometimes Y!A loses the "fun" when all you see are racist's questions from people who have nothing better to do except think of dumb questions to get people stirred up.

But there are those questions that are very humorous and makes you laugh - even some of the snide and sarcastic responses. But like you said, it's worth to stay around for a bit to see that someone has gotten the help they needed.

Someone e-mailed me about a situation and actually gave me more insight on the subject than I'd originally had. I really can appreciate those thoughts and opinions of others when they bring value to the forum.

I've got some answers to some questions that were profound or, at least serious, but mostly I get tons of those blase ("oh, just give me my two points") types that simply mean "just passing through."
