Find out what brands you are looking for. If they're for a gift and you're not sure, go basically into any store in the mall and ask what is hot in "Urban" clothing... LOL for the record "black people's clothes" isn't too offensive, but "urban clothing" will probably get you more help
Once you know some brands, just type in the name in like Google or Yahoo and sites will pop up for you.

I must have missed the stores in the mall that are specifically for one race of people. I thought clothing was universal. I know white's who wear FUBU, Southpole, etc... and I know black people who where Arizona, Hollister, A&F, and Buckle.
