Google and yahoo should bring up most relevant sites. Most search engines find the same information. The difference usually is the order in which they present it. My first hit on Google was this:

http://www.english.emory.edu/DRAMA/HistDrama1.html

If you want more specific information then include more specifics when you type in the search terms. In some cases, they may direct you to a book since you'll rarely find an entire book on the web. Most of what you find on the web is going to be condensed information. You still need to research, study and read if you want to get in-depth knowledge.
