i need to know why is the channel 62 in Philadelphia, pa is not always working all the time.?

I WOULD LIKE TO HEARD MY CHANNEL 62 IN PHILA,PA WELL. EVERYTIME I PUT THE CHANNEL THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THAT CHANNEL. I PAY CABLE AND I KNOW THAT YOUR COMPANY PAYS OUR COMCAS T CABLE . PLEASE FIX THE AUDIO SOUND SO THAT I CAN WATCH MY SPANISH SOAPS. THANK YOU

Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything that most people on this website can do for you, especially without knowing exactly what it is that isn't working with your channel. This website, although it's hosted by Yahoo! (I assume that's what you're referring to) is actually populated mostly by people with no connection to the company and no way of addressing your problem.

I'd try calling ComCast. I'm sure they have a customer service phone number. Good luck!
