This would be pretty difficult...In order to make less people hate Israel, you would have to change Israel's attitude towards the law, the Arabs and the world...
Israel has to understand that it's not above the law and it has to respect it...They have to understand that the Arabs too have the right to live and to defend themselves...They have to understand that what happened 60 years ago does give them the right to repeat it today, the victims being the Palestinians...
So until Israel doesn't change its policies towards other countries there are going to be more people hating it and more people willing to die to defend the right of their loved ones to a free life...

Let's face it. Everyone does not know the history of the Jews nor do they care. And hate abounds throughout the world. For that matter Jews hate Palestinians and truth be told, they hate some of the people in the United States also.
It is disheartening that some people feel that it is the Jew who should "wipe out the enemy
once and for all"? That sounds similar to something said about Israel by Iran's president doesn't it? Much less is it a suggestion to drop a bomb on its enemies in the United States!
Please, be careful what you wish for.
The answer to strife and hate does not rest with either side wanting to kill each other by any means.
As with other races or religions. there are many things either side does not understand about the other. Because something is said that may be the result of misunderstanding should not always be construed as being "anti-semitic"
The U.,S.'s first "moral obligation" should be to its OWN people, not Israel.
It is not my duty to make "less people hate Israel".. That is like saying it is my duty to make "less people hate the U.S."
The fact is that the DAMAGE is already done. More and more people are realizing that Israel's "never again" is becoming tired and rhetorical. and more and more people are realizing that the U.S.'s "stay the course" is also becoming tired and rhetorical. Both countries have done reprehensible acts, many that could well be defined as crimes against humanity. And yes, other leaders of other countries could well fall in that category also.
But there are exceptions. The U.S. is a world power. She has great influence. She has wealth. She has the astounding ability to solve world problems with diplomacy and honor. But she has fallen back in this ability. She has much to learn. And again, it is not my duty to make less people hate Israel. It is my duty to use the ballot in an attempt to bring favor to the United States, once again.
And no, I cannot agree that Israelis are the chosen people UNLESS we were all Jews at one time or another.

There is such a thing as anti-semitism against Jews, and it has no rational foundation, but this has to be distinguished from the hate that exists for Israel because of the heinous crimes the nation and its Zionist ideology continues to commit. Until recently Jewish money and influence supporting Zionism and Israel was able to portray a deceptive picture of Israel and the events, and gain support and sympathy for Israel. However, the scope and intensity of injustice and atrocities by the so-called Jewish state is at a level where it is not possible to hide them from the public, especially in view of other more honest channels of communication which have developed in the past decade. The person who asked this question thinks it is because of hatred of Jews that a person would have him/herself killed in order to "get rid of the jews." A far more rational way of looking at this issue is to see how much oppression has been inflicted by Israel that people, especially young person with so much life ahead of him has to use their own body as a weapon. How else can a nation like Palestine fight the might of US weapons in service of Israel and heartless Jews. Anyway, with growing awareness of Israel and Middle East and the Jewish manipulation of American foreign policy, the hatred for Israel is likely to grow, and with it the hatred for America for its unjust support. People are beginning to see that it's Palestine that is virtually wiped off the map, and the Terrorist with capital C is by far the state of Israel and (Zionist)Jewish lobby.

People are alway going to hate Israel because people will always hate Jews. The best thing to do is introduce more israelis to more people around the world, then people will know that Israelis are great people and the world would be a much sadder place without such a great country.

You can't. Israel's battles exist out of religious reasons. This is a war that has been raging for centuries. No one can seem to get over the differences to come to a resolution. Arabs also view the Israelis as invaders, since the land they have now was given to them after World War 2. Many Palestinians were displaced and driven out of their homes.

They are the chosen country, when they fall it is the end of the world, i am all for suporting Israel, But it is the left (democrats) who want to leave Israel, Israel has been fighting with the people around them from the beginning of time, and the bible talks about those who dont support Isreal (they will be punished) and thos who suport Isreal (they will be blessed)
It will be hard to keep in the middle east - with the democrats at office all we will get done is a bunch of happy gays with poor husbands geting money from the govt. - if we dont stay in Iraq Al-Queda will build their camps again, then tey will be closer to Israel again, And my my understanding Another day closer to the end of time

Well, first of all Israel should wipe out their enemy once and for all. This back-and-fourth with the Palestinians has gone on for decades with no end in sight.
Secondly, the US has a moral obligation to support democracies similiar to our own. In the cesspool of a geographical region known as the Mid East, Israel fits this bill most closely.

O Children of Israel! remember My favours which I bestowed upon you and that I exalted you above the peoples of the time.
Ask the Children of Israel how many clear Signs We gave them. But whoso changes the gift of Allah after it has come to him, surely then, Allah is Severe in punishing.
