go to your page (click on your avater) and go to edit my profile under the avater on homepage then it will say nickname that is ur name ok! hope that works

Go to US Government site. There is a whole process to achieve this.
Not too hard. Some forms to fill out of course.

click on My Q&A and then on Edit my info (under the picture)

Just go to your profile there you will see a button that says edit profile and just click that and there you go!

to change ur own name u'd have to go to city hall.
