I might be wrong and need his help one day but how many of you guys think he is a bit annoying?

Well my wife loves him.I can't stand him,just the sound of his voice drives me up the wall.Personally he's a hippocrite.He gets people to ask his help,then he dissects thier problems,for the benefit of an audience.Not only does he belittle his guests,but he is confrontational,inasmuch that they must accept his advice.Or be publicly ridiculed.Sort of like days of old,when you were put in the stocks for public abuse and redicule

Not me i watch his show everyday and i love him and his wife. If you just watch is show you will see how many people he does help He helps young, old, married or singles and i can't tell you how much help and knowledge i get from watching his show. He comes on here in Fla at 3:00 and then at 5:00 so if i miss him at 3:00 i can see him at 5:00. watch him sometimes you might learn something and really enjoy his show like so many millions do. Thanks

I am not a "fan" But I do think it is very hard to give people No Excuse Advice & not come off a bit too strong.

Dr Phil rules as does his wife Robin, if you would watch it and listen you may learn a few things about life.

Like some of the other answers, he doesn't take any s h i t from any of his guests and wants them to know that in advance...so what may appear to be arrogance is simply his "no-nonsense" approach to helping others with their problems..

He is too annoying. I can't stand to watch his show. He makes me gag.

I watch it occasionally.I think that some of his advice is wrong.

I usually watch him everyday. I like him, and he is straight forward, especially when he told that heroin twin.."that is one skanky coke whore"!!! I was rollin'!!!
