Its more complicated than that though. I need a town that's cheap (like rent is $600 and below and is close to the Culpeper area. No more than 90 miles away, preferably. Thanks!!!

Orange is a very nice small town about 30 minutes out of Culpeper. I would look in that direction. Culpeper has become commuter territoy for the Northern VA/DC folks and is getting more expensive, the cost will increase as you get closer to DC.
Louisa is about 35 minutes out route 522. You can find very inexpensive stuff there but but is quite rural.

Don't know what the rents are but if I were you I'd try to find an affordable place in Charlottesville.
