♥Because I get in trouble for this over and over....but as far as I'm concerned, this entire site is 'chatting' so, what is your opinion on the matter? Thank you for your time.

Hi, Blue. How are you doing, today? Love the legs, they are quite pretty. I think your avatar is quite pretty and the weather here is just fine, having a bit of snow, but otherwise not so cold we can't handle it. What are your plans for Christmas, and , Oh, what are you watching on TV, tonight.
That is how I would define chatting. I call chatting on this sight when yoiu delve into people's life personally, when you don't ask for opinions but try to gain personal information. I don't think any of your questions could really be defined this way. I think the questions you ask provoke thought and a lot of the responses have to be well thought out. Sorry that you have been a target of the Yatzi's.

I believe it takes more than one question and one answer to comprise "chatting". That would involve a longer exchange between two or more parties. Simply asking a question and receiving a reply - or a number of replies from different people - does *not* constitute "chatting", at least in any way that i understand the term.

You, Ma'am, do not "chat". At least not here.

In all technicality, asking and answering a question regardless of how Yahoo views it is chatting. So in that aspect this site has been chatting since day one.

depends on how old you are. If you are a teenager, do not chat with strangers about any personal matter. Limit your answers. I do not see anything wrong with chatting as long it is with a friend.

Don't direct a question as thought it was meant for one person. That is how I view it. So far, I have been fortunate. That does not mean that I am right, by any means.

i know what you mean, that is the most frustrating reason to get a violation. it feels like someone is being mean to take the time to fill out a report and give a reason that can be applied to every question asked here. makes no sense.

Screw that I don't understand how a question is removed several days after a best answer has already been awarded.
