Aren't baby guineas cute??!! I've had loads of them over the years.
For now, they will be best cared for by their mama. Make sure that all the adult males are seperated from mom & babies, guineas go into heat right after giving birth.
Keep the sawdust (or whatever bedding you use) extra clean, they will enjoy that. As they get a little older, you can play with them - hold them all in turn so your scent gets on all of them. Also, we gave ours bread soaked in milk as a little treat as they were weaning.
You can tell the genders apart in a few more weeks. :)

3 is not a big litter, you are very fortunate. Guinea Pigs can have anywhere from 1-10 babies with 2-4 being the average.
Do you have homes lined up for them? Remember, make sure you dont have any males in with the mother and babies, the mother can get pregnant hours after having them, and its very unheathy for the mother to get pregnant back to back.
Also, separate the males from the females and the mother when they are 20 days old. If you dont, all your females could end up pregnant.
Check these two sites on how to tell if they are males or females..

Please consider adoption next time. There are SOO many homeless pigs all around the world. Check petfinder.com for homeless pigs in your area.
What type of pellets are you using? Make sure you arent using anything (pellet/hay) made by Kaytee, they contain an ingrediant that is known to cause cancer. I recommend oxbow, they are great quality. www.oxbowhay.com
Are you giving him unlimited timothy hay? Make sure there is always hay in his cage, it helps wear down their teeth, just like a chew stick does for hamsters. Also, you need to let them have alapha hay as well as the unlimited timothy hay until the mother stops nursing the babies, and till the babies are 6 months old.
Make sure you arent adding anything to his water (no vitamin drops, etc.) if you are feeding oxbow pellets, and fresh veggies (in moderation) they contain the necessary vitamin C, so you dont have to add anything. Vitamin drops can make your pigs sick.
Also, dont use salt wheels/licks, they are not at all necessary, and are not good for your pigs.
Runaround balls and wheels are also not a good idea, so make sure not to use those, it could seriously damage your pig/s backs.

DO NOT GIVE GUINEA PIGS MILK OR BREAD as suggested above. The person that suggested that is very, very stupid. Change the bedding, the mother will take care of them. Remove any males or you will be having more in 2 months. They will start eating on their own, and will be fed by mom for 3 weeks.

Make sure the mother is well fed. Keep the cage secure so they can't escape. Leave them alone for a while so their mother can take care of them. You can tell the sex later just like you can for all guinea pigs.

Mommy should take good care of them. Luckilly guinea pigs are born well developed (that's why the gestation period is so long) and they can already nibble on solids at birth! To see if they are boy or girl, have someone hold the guinea pig up, and gently squeeze its belly. If a finger-like thing pokes out, you have a boy. If nothing comes out, you have a girl.
