To realize why you are out of the situation that you were in, and to keep your eyes on the goal of moving forward -- and know that there are BETTER Times ahead -- and that is for sure.

You have to face what ever is bugging you, out in the open otherwise it will eat at you until you do. Talk to someone you trust. You need to find closer to the problem. Facing your troubles may sound like a bad thing to do but, in the long run you won't have it lingering around and make you sad or mad all over again. Change what you can, what you can't change will change it self in time. Sleep on it over night and take a good look at what is wrong. You are a nice looking lady by your picture and a good looking lady should find some peace in your life and I hope it will be soon. good luck and I hope I was some help.

I get the biggest kick out of Dr Phil when he asks somebody...
"so...how's that working for ya?" It's such a simple question, backed by logic, filled with amazement, and asked with calm and humorous wisdom. And the person answering, without a doubt, always feels like an idiot at the sudden light bulb effect over his or her head. ("duhhhh...not too good, Dr Phil...") So...
you could use Dr Phil's approach......
Or...you could call a couple of friends, put on your mini skirt and boots and cowboy hat, go to a club, watch a few cute guys wearing tight wranglers do the best Latin Rock you've ever heard, drink a few Strawberry Margaritas, accept dances from anybody who asks, get 'em all hot and bothered, go home alone,
look in the mirror, say "HA! I still got it, baby!", put your jammies on, and hit dreamland in the big soft square thing.

This may sound strange... but when I need to move in a new direction I skip town for a day or two and chill out in my favorite hiding spot to regroup.

Granted, this may not be as easy for you as it is for me, but it works wonders.

I live in South Florida, and Naples ( Florida ) is my chill out. 2 days there and I clear my head & gain fresh energy.

It's what I do...

< peace >

assuming that you are talking about a person
call that person out on their actions in a nice way and explain to them how that made you feel with out blaming them or calling them names...then maybe they will help you get closure...
if not then try using an outlet for your thoughts or emotions
draw a picture, paint one, sing, drink, laugh, make fun of them w/ your friends, exercise, build a fire in a safe place and burn things that remind you of them, dance, and look forward to the future of YOURS!
