The people above me can't say Iverson because he's listed at about 6 foot 1. I would definitely have to say Spudd Webb, I mean he was 5 feet 7 and was able to dunk and actually be an important player for the Hawks in the 80's. Another notable guy would be Earl Boykins and Nate Robinson. Boykins is a great PG, especially for his height. Nate Robinson is a decent PG, but I think overrated for his dunking ability.

It's gotta be Spud Webb from the Hawks in the 1980s. He is only 5'7" and won a slam dunk title. He had a 42" verticle jump!This guy doesn't get enough credit for being an amazing athelete.
