According to this site, Vlad was first married to a Transylvanian woman who was humble and kind. Believing them to be in danger from the invading Turks, she climbed onto the wall of the fortress and threw herself into the Arges river. She bore him one son, Mihnea, who ruled briefly after his father's death.
The second wife, of whom we know more, was Ilona Szilagy, related to the king of Hungary. They had two sons: Vlad, and another whose name is unknown.

as for a mistress, i only know the legend, wether or not its true is open to debate. supposidly his mistress tried to make him feel better one day by saying she was pregnant. when he found out that she was lying, which he suspecting all along, he had her...you guessed it...impaled.
