This past survivor series, all the member of team dx survived. Supposedly this was the first time this was done. Not true. Their is one other team who has done this. IF you can tell me the name of the team, the name of the participants, and what event they competed after will get ten points and two thumbs up. Good luck.

The Visionaries was the correct answer.
Team captain was Rick Martel.
The rest of the team was The Warlord and Power & Glory (Hercules and Paul Roma)
They were named the Visionaries as an insult to Jake Roberts, who had been blinded when Rick Martel sprayed "Arrogance" cologne in his face.
It is sad that the WWE forgets it's own history so often.
