i hav a mentally retarded cat so i'll say dog. They are also loyal.

out of cats and dogs, choose a dog.....but if your home is too small for a dog, get a ferret.....they are sensitive like dogs, loving like dogs, and small like a cat.

Dogs! They are much better because you need to walk them. And while doing so you can get active to. Also they are much more fun to play with.

It depends. On what your lifestyle is, what your personality is, and what the animal's personality is. I've had cats and dogs, and I love them all!

I would say it could be either, it really depends on the personality of the animal. I personally prefer cats because of their cleanliness and ease of care.
