How dare British Airways be nice enough to offer Heather Mills a wheelchair at theairport so she doesn't have to wobble around and strain her leg?
Is this just rudeness, arrogance? Is it that she's cracking up under all the media pressure? How do you feel she is treated by the media in general? Do you believe that this story is a load of spiteful nonsense?

HEATHER Mills accused British Airways of humiliating her after staff got a wheelchair instead of a buggy to take her to her flight. The former model, who has an artificial leg, asked her helper: "Have you got it in for me?" Heather, 38, was overhead telling staff: "This is vile! Why are you doing this to me? Don’t you know I have only one leg? Why are you treating me like this?" Heather, involved in a bitter divorce battle with her ex-husband Sir Paul McCartney, checked in at Gatwick airport at 7am for her flight to Brussels. She had requested a wheelchair when she booked her economy flight but apparently expected to get a ride to the departure gate in an electric buggy.

Linlou: I agree. The point in the first place, though, was that Heather Mills herself asked for a buggy. It wasn't forced upon her, BA have confirmed that she requested it (but didn't confirm any of the surrounding details).

It's probably part nonsense and part truth... I don't like the way Heather is villified in the media. boring, spiteful Millsbashing seems far too common a pastime these days. Nonetheless, I do wish she'd get on with the good work she does for charity, and develop a sense of dignity, instead of staging divorce related publicity stunts to gain sympathy.

Who does she think she is? She marries an Icon of Pop, gets up the duff, divorses him and will no doubt be set up for life when she gets hold of some of his millions and expects the world to wipe her a*se. Sorry love but you can F**k off, next time walk to the plane like the rest of us...

heather making a fuss about nothing it is great to be help at the airport i have avail off this service many times and the staff have been wonderful

She always shows how capable she is so why should she need a buggy. PLENTY OF PEOPLE MUST NEED ONE MORE. Just because she is in the media does she expect special treatment. Her and Paul's life should be kept out of the media.

She only has one leg. Whatever we think of her as a gold digging scum sucking beeach; she is still legally handicapped, so she should get a wheel chair and then a good flogging.
