How did we get to this place morally, where you can create another human being, and be totally free from the consequences of having that person know your name, see your picture, or even being allowed to talk to you or gaze on you even one time?
Why do we accept without question that the government should assist in this escape from consequences by sealing records and denying access to the truth to people who have done nothing wrong except be born?
Why do we treat adult children, raised by others, as the enemy of the birth parents? Why do our laws deprive one group of their rights in order to protect others from possibly having to face the consequences of their past choices?

So people should be denied thier rights to fix a social problem that has nothing to do with them? And be thankful for it?
