British men are not circumcised. The only ones are Jews and Muslims but the average Brit is not cut down there. In fact most Europeans are not circumcised at all.

I expect that is true.
The proceedure started with the Jews.
God commanded circumcision for the Jews.
Today, most religious Americans have been circumsized.
It is even done for health reasons, since it is easier to keep clean.
