I am a 15 year old male who really enjoys acting. So far I have only done stage plays but I'd like to try to land a commercial or two. I live in a town of moderate size in Wisconsin, with access to Minneapolis and Milwaukee, and even Chicago if the role is worth it. Does anyone out there have any tips on how I should get started? There are so many sites out there about this I don't know what to do. Please only serious help!

Perform in as many school productions as you can. Go to college and major in Theatre. After that, go to graduate school and get an MFA in Theatre. With that under your belt you will be ready to move to NY. Perform in plays and audition. Hopefully an agent will see you in a play and offer to represent you .
