i have a domain and some people have been wanting to get on myspace at school and ive seen these websites that are doing it like www.pspnoises.com www.thebartlemans.com www.savinproxy.com how can i do that with mine?

You're going to need to be one skilled programmer!!!
Probably with atleast 5 years experience
and then another 10 person team to help
THat's a huge project right there. Salaries will need to be involved

well, once a school knows your ip and your domain, the administrators will block it anyway.
but you need to run your own server to do so.
