HAHAHA! Not in New Hampshire! No seat belt law if your over 18, don't require auto insurance, no sales tax, they HAVE to give you a concealed weapon permit if you ask for one and you have no felonies. There's still many places where you can still smoke inside, too. Live Free or Die.

If you are talking about the new Ohio law I have a thought on how far that law can go.

Basically the law make it illegal to smoke in the workplace. The law does define a workplace but doesn't define all the possible workplaces one person can have.

The Orkin man works for a company that has an office and shop. Ok, this is that persons workplace. This person also goes to peoples homes to do his job. Does that make every house he enters a "WORKPLACE"? If so, then the homeowner must not smoke in the home, must remove all ashtrays, post a sign stating it is No Smoking with the information on how to report violations.

I think Orkin and other businesses that come to the home might lose lots of business in Ohio.

Cause the laws are messed up. You know whats funny, is I went to traffic school, and the cop said the law states that you can ride in the back of a pick up truck as long as the truck is made for hauling things. What the hell else is a pick up truck made for? At leasts thats what the stupid Utah law says... I think people should be able to have the choice to be stupid and not wear a seat belt. Honestly, I think its just another way for the government to make money.

just stop when you want to smoke, it will taste better.
as for the seat belts, i agree with you. the government shouldn't try so hard to keep alive people who don't see the benefits of a seat belt.
