Is there a condition that causes people to be afraid to speak? I know that when I do speak, I oftentimes wish I hadn't done so. I am overly cognizant about how people react to what I say and how I say it. Perhaps I read too much into it, but it seems like I usually should have gone by the "just shut up" motto. I am never rude to people, but I just sometimes feel like I say more than they asked about...or that I said something I shouldn't have commented upon. I never mean harm and I am a good listener (people have told me so)...how do I try to understand myself better in this way? Serious comments only, please.

Since we are only human most of us anyway-(some people are perfect and always do and say the right thing never get sick- sad or unhappy never react badly these are the perfect saints of this world-although they are so far above me that i have never even so much as seen a picture of one nor even chaught a glimpse-saints living in this world mind you -not any real saint or any such thing ) my point is this- even though i have not been able to explain myself clearly-my hope is that you will stop worrying about such things. How many perfect people do you know? Take time to laugh and enjoy your life! I am very serious. TALK TALK TALK TO US!

Don't worry about what others think of you. If your speaking your mind then who cares who likes it or not. The only person you have to please is yourself. I am one of those say more than I should at times kinda people too and for those who don't like it they don't have to listen. You shouldn't have a "just shut up" motto you should have a "I like what I said so screw you if you dont" motto.

Depending on the subject, I bet we can all look back on an instance of "foot in mouth" syndrome.I'm long winded at times..and try to blend intellect with humor to keep those listening from falling asleep. I tend to withhold mean or unsavory comments directed toward others as well...You are fine..No sweat...Talk, Listen,Be merry! I could go on for at least 2,000 more letters, but you'd probably get sick of listening..TRUST ME!!!!!!! =-)
