Um...no, it is NOT safe 10 days after her period. As a matter of fact, you would be heading into the most dangerous week at that point. You'd be less likely to impregnate her the 4th day after, but it's never safe so don't take the chance!
Just think...it's not like you get to say 'do over'! If you have an 'accident'...you may be putting it through college.

No, it's not safe. Your original assumption is wrong. The cycle starts on the first day of her period. She is most fertile 10-15 days after that. You popped at the worst possible time.
It was not an accident. You both need to use birth control or that means you WANT A BABY.

10 days after her period?? The "average" time frame a woman ovulates is halfway through the cycle. That means if she has 28 day cycles, she's going to ovulate on or around day 14. If she's not pregnant, thank your lucky stars and use a condom from now on!

Unprotected sex is really never "safe". Woman ovulate at different times during the month. Relax and wait to see if she ens up pregnant. For now on, always have a condom with you. "Accidents" have produced children for many many years.

Unprotected sex is not "safe" at any time during a womans cycle.
Ovulation can occur at any time. Usually by the 14th day, but I wouldn't have unprotected sex with anyone you weren't married to.

There is no safe time for sex. The 'days' that you are referring to is when a women is at her optimal time to conceive (those who are planning their family). Sorry to hear about your 'accidental discharge'. Sit down and work through the logistics now just in case you are going to be parents. Best wishes!

THERE IS NO SAFE TIME TO HAVE SEX!!!! Anytime you have sex, there is a chance of pregnancy to occur. Hopefully, in your case it didn't. I think they need to have more sex ed in school these days to deal with topics like this. 10 days after her period she is more than likely ovulating and she could get pregnant.

yah, its never "safe". You have a good chance that she isnt pregnant if it was only 4 days after the period, but its not guaranteed. Only time will tell.
Always use condoms & you won't have this worry next time. ;-)
