my girlfriend has problem of periods ..she gets too much periods tell me about periods too n how she can reduce them but my question is.... she often masturbates when she is with me.... is it save?does it effect on periods?

Yeah it's safe for her to masturbate during her period if she wants to. Since there are different ways for women to masturbate (e.g. clitoral), it doesn't necessarily have to be messy. And no, it doesn't affect how often she gets her period.

If she thinks she gets her period more often than she should, then she really should make an appointment with an OBGYN (obstetrics/gynecology). Average periods are about 3-7 days, about every 28 days, but that's a generalization because every woman's body is different. Stress, diet, age and other factors can also contribute to irregular cycles.

Masturbation and the flowing young girl:" there's nothing wrong with this, if this is what she wants. It shouldn't upset her period.
Does she say "hey joe" "I'm going to pump the pud" and she does it right now in front of you, what do you do? watch? why don't you help? maybe this is what she's waiting for or, maybe she would rather do this than have you do it? Huh!
Why don't you offer to do it for her, or why doesn't she do you while you do her, you know, a family that does it together stays together.

it is safe but she should see an OB/GYN to inquire what can be done about the number of menstrual cycles she is having. It could be anything from stress to tumors.
