Have you considered network marketing, with your experience. You can start pretty much right away and you can do it part-time, until your income gets up to your expectations. If you email me your details, I can send you a DVD about the UK business I've been in for three years.

Lol, don't we all?! I'm in sales and it's a bloody hard job. Everything in sales is commission based, so it's up to you to beat the competition and be the best in order to get the most money. Not an easy aim but best of luck.

You'll need a bit more training, but most independent mortgage advisors I know in London are taking home at least £4.5K a month. Just an idea, good luck!
