I was told men over 50 have trouble with thoughts....and other things.

Sure, we have lots of thoughts all the time. We think about more things than we did when we were younger. Our brains didn't die at 50 nor did anything else. We have good thoughts and bad thoughts, pleasant and sad thoughts.
