Need to know specifically which relay it is, one box with relays 1-5, and one box next to it with 1 & 2, 1 from the box with 1-5 is missing, the rest are there...just don't know which one it is and can't afford to buy a manual right now to determine which is which, also need inspection A.S.P. so need to get the horn working.....thanks for all your help!

You can chase the rabbits all night and you still may not get the horn repaired. I don't THINK that Ford uses a relay for the horn. They never used to, but I may be wrong about the 1997.
You already OWN a manual, you just have to get to the shelf it is on.
Go to the local library and read up on your little pick-up there in their manuals. They even have some FORD shop manuals, with MUCH BETTER information than in Children's, Haynes or Climbers (Spelling, I know ;>) )

Find the horn, follow the wire. Where it stops will be the relay.

is the relay gone or is the horn dead or is the contac in side the wheel dun ???? test all til you find the rite one send me mail and will help with more info if you need heaychevy@yahoo.ca
