I don't know about a Philly cheese steak but I had a Muffalatta sandwich from new Orleans shipped to me and some friends... They used dry ice but the bread was still nasty... think of another gift.

Dude, what kind of gift is that? Do you not like this person? Don't get me wrong, I love cheesesteaks but who wants to get one in the mail? Maybe you could buy a box of steak-ums and ship it with dry ice, but I wouldn't recommend it as a gift for someone you like.

If you want something philly related try tastykakes, they're great and they are easy to ship: (https://www.tastykake.com/productbrowse.aspx)

or something from the Pennsylvania General Store: - they have Philly gift baskets

(If you do manage to send a steak, come back to the board and let us know how it went!)

Probally nowhere. Why would you put a sandwich in the mail?

go to FoodNetwork.com and search it there. I'm sure one of their programs or another has done a special on it and has a link. they're good about that.
