Help with Flash?

Does any one know how to change the Flash movie I just made and turn it into a file that Windows Media Player can play?

Through the Flash program

Export > Export Movie ( CTrl + Alt + Shift + S)

and choose the format you want it in

WARNING:
this only works if you have all your animation in one scene and do not incorporate any movieclips of any sort or any action scripting at all.

Find avi to flash software.This will help.
