Freddie Kruger just takes off his gloves. Edward Scissorhands isn't human - he was constructed out of Phuck-Knows-What by a mad scientist. Perhaps this problems was anticipated and the solution incorporated into the design. Perhaps he pisses through a valve in his big toe? How do we even know he's got a penis? (If he has, I don't even want to think about him spanking the monkey.)
